Meet the USA Bocuse D'or 2025 Team
Synopsis: The Bocuse d'Or USA Team for 2025 features a talented lineup of chefs with diverse culinary backgrounds. Stefani De Palma, the Head Chef, brings years of experience from her time at the Michelin-starred Addison in San Diego. Young Commis Bradley Waddle, inspired by cooking from a young age, has trained under top chefs in the U.S. and Europe. Team USA’s Head Coach, Sebastian Gibrand, a former Bocuse d'Or silver medalist, brings a focused, ingredient-driven cooking style. Devin Knell, Team USA President for the Americas Selection Event, brings extensive experience from the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. Chef de Partie Carson Reimer, from Texas, has a passion for seasonal, live-fire cooking, while Alexis Wells, a pastry chef from Alaska, specializes in artisan desserts and has competed in numerous culinary competitions. This skilled team aims to secure a podium finish at the prestigious Bocuse d'Or competition in 2025.
